Parish Secretary – Vacancy

Parish Secretary
A vacancy exists for a part-time position in the parish office in Castleconnell
Church, 10 hours per week Monday to Wednesday 10am to 12noon and
the remaining 4hours to be agreed.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
▪ Duties will include booking Christenings, Weddings, Masses etc and

Presentation of the Lord (Candlemas Day) Wednesday 2nd February

Celebrating the Presentation of the Child Jesus in the Temple, also known as Candlemas Day. 

You are welcome to have candles blessed for use in your home and if you would like to donate candles to our Churches you are welcome to do so.

Blessing of throats will take place in Castleconnell Church after 9.30am Mass.

Mass of the Faithful Departed 2020 – Friday 27th November – 6.30pm

A Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph’s Church Castleconnell on Friday 27th November at 6.30pm.for parishioners of our parish who have died in the last year. A candle will be lit for each deceased parishioner.
