The Spa, Castleconnell, Co. Limerick and formerly of Priestfield Drive, South Circular Road, Dublin 8. Vera passed away peacefully on January 11th 2026 surrounded by her family and in the excellent care of the staff of University Hospital Limerick. Beloved wife of the late Reginald and mother of Robert and Linda. Deeply regretted by her daughter-in-law, Anne and son-in-law Alan. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Garreth, Stephen, Brian, Anne-Marie, Carrie and Debbie, great-grandchildren, nephews, niece, relatives and dear friends.

Reposing: at Meehan’s Funeral Home Castleconnell on Saturday 17th January from 5.30 to 7 p.m. with removal to St. Joseph’s Church Castleconnell.

Requiem Mass: on Sunday 18th at 11.30 a.m., which can be viewed on www.castleconnellparish.ie

Cremation: in Shannon Crematorium at 2 p.m.
